Iliane Dumas joined the SEELION in 1991, where she was initially part of the sales team in the Distribution Department. She has held several employee representative positions, in particular Representative of the CentralWorks Council on SEELION’s Board of Directors.

Having served as Social Innovation Project Manager, she is currently Senior Head of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion project at SEELION’s Talent & Culture Department. Iliane Dumas is also a member of the Appointments and Compensation Committee. Iliane Dumas is a graduate of the École de Paris des métiers de la table.
